By using Pearl, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Pearl is

Pearl is a manifestation and visualization app. It uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized visualization stories and narrated audio based on the dreams and goals you describe, plus daily affirmations. It is intended for entertainment and personal inspiration.

What Pearl is not

Pearl does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome or result. Manifestation content is for inspiration only. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a crisis line such as 988 (US) or your local emergency number immediately.

Your account

• An anonymous account is created for you automatically; you are responsible for activity on your device.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the App Store rating for the app.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your data.

Subscriptions

Pearl offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock unlimited personalized visualizations and narration:

• Weekly — $7.99 per week
• Monthly — $12.99 per month
• Yearly — $59.99 per year

Some plans may start with a free trial. The following applies to all auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pearl to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful to minors, harassing, or that attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (including automated or excessive usage).

Content

You own the desires and details you submit. You give us the limited license needed to process them so the app can function (storing your content, generating your stories and audio via our AI providers). AI-generated content is provided as-is; we don't guarantee its accuracy or any outcome.

Service changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
