You agree not to use Pearl to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful to minors, harassing, or that attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (including automated or excessive usage).
You own the messages and photos you submit. You give us the limited license needed to process them so the app can function (storing your history, generating replies). AI-generated responses are provided as-is; we don't guarantee their accuracy.
Pearl is free and supported by sponsored content displayed in the app. Sponsored content is labeled.
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
